Shipping and returns

01. DELIVERY Orders are delivered by independent service providers from HISLE and within the deadlines announced by these service providers. The times announced by these service providers are usually 48-72 hours for packages weighing less than 30kg and over 72 hours for packages over 30kg. International delivery times range from 2 to 30 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with all the information allowing you to follow your delivery. HISLE undertakes to do what is necessary so that the orders are delivered within 30 days (60 days for certain custom-made items) of the validation of the payment by bank card online or of the reception of the payments by transfer. The carrier undertakes, by contract with HISLE, to deliver the order to the buyer’s address provided by HISLE. In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order. All orders placed with HISLE are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. HISLE cannot be held responsible for the failure to pay taxes payable by the customer. In mainland France, delivery will be made either by La Poste in Colissimo with tracking, via HEPPNER or even DSV. In EEC countries, deliveries are made by La Poste in Colissimo followed Europe, HEPPNER, DSV, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or even UPS depending on the customer’s choice or according to the most competitive offer at the time of the order. . Deliveries outside the EEC are made by international postal services, Chronopost, or UPS, DHL, FEDEX or TNT according to the customer’s choice or according to the most competitive offer at the time of the order.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times. In this case, the shipping costs will not be increased.

Whatever the place of delivery, it is carried out within the time slot agreed with the customer by the direct delivery of the product to the recipient announced, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized for this purpose by the customer.
In the absence of any recipient, a calling card is left at the delivery address.
Any costs for new presentations are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt.
In the event of damage, he must mention his reservations precisely on the delivery slip, and reiterate them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days of delivery in accordance with the provisions of article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
He must also inform HISLE by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt of any transport damage within eight (8) days of receipt. No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these formalities. HISLE will, in any event, be released from its obligation to deliver in the event of: * occurrence of a case of force majeure such as war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied, * non-performance by the customer of any of its obligations
(payment of the price, accuracy of the information provided by the customer such as the delivery address, or any information required by the customs authorities of the country of destination)

02. RETURNS According to the provisions of articles L.121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code and the new European provisions, the European consumer has fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order to return, at his expense, the product. in its original packaging for replacement or refund. The returned product will only be accepted if the product has not been unpacked or used, and returned in new condition. Excluded from this withdrawal guarantee are personalized or made-to-measure products, following the instructions or options chosen by the customer when confirming the order and requiring made-to-measure manufacture. These products are not available for immediate delivery, and are presented on the site with a notice of completion time ranging from 1 to 8 weeks. The choice of a material or colors specifically chosen by the customer for the product ordered, but also the association of specific colors or furniture, are considered as an order for personalized and made-to-measure products.

The provisions relating to withdrawal do not apply to companies or professionals. Only individuals can benefit from the right of withdrawal (articles L.121-20 et seq. Of the French Consumer Code).

Procedure: The consumer informs, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, of his wish to withdraw from the contract.

HISLE sends the consumer a return number, a number which must appear clearly near the recipient label affixed to the package. If the consumer does not inform HISLE beforehand of his desire to withdraw, the package will be refused and returned to the consumer.
The consumer returns or returns the goods to HISLE, at the latest fourteen days following the communication of his decision to withdraw from the contract. HISLE undertakes to check, upon receipt of the returned parcel, the condition of the goods, and to reimburse the consumer within a short period of time.In the event that the returned product is not returned in its new condition, depreciation may apply when the product is refunded.
It is up to the consumer to take all the necessary measures so that the returned product is returned in perfect condition. HISLE encourages consumers wishing to return a product to take out transport damage insurance to protect themselves against any damage that may occur during transport. HISLE reimburses all payments received from the consumer, except, where applicable, the initial delivery charges.
The refund is made using the same method of payment as that used by the consumer during the validation of his order (except with the express consent of the consumer for another means of payment and provided that the refund does not incur costs for the consumer).
