Design Florian Martin

Born from a collaboration between H.ISLE and Belgian designer Florian Martin, founder of Finkr Design Studio in Brussels, the ÉTINCELLE chandelier is an interaction, a presence in space.

Composed of minimalist metal cones in stainless steel, brass or copper, ÉTINCELLE transcends the simple function of lighting.

The Designer

Florian Martin is an industrial designer and founder of Finkr Design Studio in Brussels. His work is guided by a rigorously functionalist approach, where form follows use and processes, whether artisanal or industrial, are rationalized with precision. This multidisciplinary method adapts to the nature, scale, and market of each project, spanning lighting, furniture, and interior design. Each creation reflects a quest for balance between formal clarity, constructive logic, and meaning. Exchange of know-how is central to his process, fueling research, experimentation, and challenging established norms. At the heart of his approach lies the conviction that material constraints are not limitations, but drivers of constant innovation. Today, Florian collaborates with international clients across lighting, furniture, and interior design, pursuing a practice that is both locally rooted and globally connected.
