For the last 30 years in Lyon, the HISLE house has been conceiving and manufacturing exceptional luminaries with true passion.
Today, in order to follow its development and to support their clients in the best way possible,
HISLE is regrouping its activities of edition, manufacturing, arts lamp crafts and its showroom
in the same place in… Vannes (56000) in Brittany, to the 29 rue Thiers.

We will be pleased to welcome you there at the beginning of September 2021!

The functioning of our services remains unchanged.

Balancing the robustness of solid timber with the soft lines of metal, the Bolacha lamp by Porto-based HMD Interiors is characterised by a cookie-shaped shade and comes in a beautiful gold finish.

“I wanted to create a light from wood,” confirms owner and designer Mónica Hedderich on the inspiration for the lamp. “The main aspect was always the wood, so I imagined this ‘bolacha’ – Portuguese for cookie – from solid timber. From there, the structure started to appear as a way to make it the star of the piece.”

The Bolacha is now available in the Collaborations tab of our e-shop

This cordless lamp is the outcome of HISLE’s technological know-how and features the inclusions, Dacryl’s specialty, which float seamlessly. The House of HISLE designed and manufactured BILBO pendant lamps for the lobby of the Crédit Agricole Roosevelt bank located in Lyon’s sixth arrondissement.

These pendant lamps are made of traditional pétanque balls from Lyon (an alloy of bronze and aluminium).

Hervé Isle de Beauchaine: in his workshop in Lyon, he creates unique pieces that sculpt the shapes, colors and spirit of the places they inhabit. Artist, craftman, designer or inventor ? He creates unique lamps “Light by its magic brings to life all the spaces of our planet. Alone light is able to reveal the shapes, colors and spirit of the place. Thanks to our work, light becomes sculpting: it creates harmony in our spaces.” For Dragonfly, we have created two cordless lamps with HISLE, two modern lanterns, also thanks to the delicacy of the Porcelaines de la Fabrique.

The INSITU naturally finds its place, everywhere you place it. Being a self-evident central part of the décor – in a lounge, hotel bar, or on a restaurant’s table – it blends in with its surroundings while illuminating them. Its functionality, design and aluminium material (raw or painted) say everything about its minimalism and sustainability.

Negresco Hotel

After several months of renovation, the Negresco Hotel in Nice announces the reopening of La Rotonde, a dreamlike restaurant, inspired by carousels and the imaginary world.

The MHNA Studio has transformed La ROTONDE into a 21st century restaurant. Gray, gold and white complement each other marvelously thanks to a display of elegant curves creating a modern space.
