Warranty and repairability

Warranty

H.ISLE products are covered by the applicable statutory warranties, including the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity, under the conditions provided by current regulations.

This warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product. It does not cover damage resulting from, among other things, misuse, accident, modification, or repair not in accordance with H.ISLE’s recommendations.

For any warranty-related request, please contact H.ISLE, specifying the lamp model and its date of purchase.

Repairability and durability

H.ISLE designs its lamps to be maintained and repaired over time. Our workshops provide diagnosis, servicing, and repair of mechanical and electronic components.

Rechargeable batteries can be replaced when they reach the end of their life. Spare parts are also available depending on the model.

For any maintenance or repair request, contact our workshop at hisle@hisle.fr, indicating the lamp model and its date of purchase. A quote may be provided when the service is not covered by a warranty.
