Where there is reasonable doubt concerning your identity, H.ISLE may request additional information that is strictly necessary to verify your identity.

H.ISLE will respond to your request as soon as possible and, in principle, within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by a further two months where justified by the complexity or number of requests. You will then be informed of this extension and the reasons for it within the first month.

10. Complaints to the CNIL

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French Data Protection Authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable regulations.
